This book is about seven secrets to managing not only sheep but also people.
Seven secrets are,
1. Know the condition of your flock: Follow the status of work as well as your people.

2. Discover the shape of your sheep: Start with health sheep. Your choice of sheep can make flock management easier or harder.

3. Help your sheep identify with you: For sheep, tags on the ears work for identification. You are not likely to be able to tag your people under normal working environment. That case communicating values and sense of mission would work.

4. Make your pasture a safe place
and the list goes on and on.
