Enchantment

If you need to change the minds and actions of people, you need enchantment. This book tells you Guy’s experience/knowledge as a former chief evangelist at Apple.

Because enchantment involves emotional aspect, you may need to achieve likability first. Then you want to be trustworthy.

As for technology, there are two for enchantment, push and pull. Push technology means transmitting information such as presentation and twitter. Pull technology draws people to the source of information such as web site, blog, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

There is a test called GREAT (Guy’s Realistic Enchantment Aptitude Test) at the end of this book for those who are not sure about their level of comprehension.
